A highly experienced senior IT executive and a successful entrepreneur, his career accomplishments cover establishment of successful IT business enterprises, providing IT architecture, development and systems integration services for e-business and business applications for Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his career, he has successfully led business enterprises to deliver complex IT projects by providing innovative business and technology solutions utilizing state-of-the-art processes and technologies.

Mr. Sharma is recognized for his ability to manage customer relationships and provide innovative technology solutions to successfully execute critical IT initiatives for his customers and for his ability to lead and manage geographically dispersed teams to deliver IT systems development projects. His companies have developed special expertise in creating very cost effective and high quality IT solutions utilizing onshore/offshore development methodology.

Sunil Sharma has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi, India. He has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry.

Sunil Pipalwa is a highly experienced senior Management Executive with a  proven track record in different industries. His career accomplishments include running successful IT business enterprises providing development, maintenance, systems integration and production support services for major US customers.  He has successfully led offshore development and support center to achieve its goals through process driven methodology, hands on management approach and innovative budgeting system to effectively monitor costs for large projects to help management in cutting costs to remain competitive in offshore software development business.

Sunil Pipalwa  is working as the COO of the offshore development center in India. He  is a trained Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Purchase, Commercial, ERP implementation and IT project management. Mr. Pipalwa along with his team has successfully managed some of the most critical IT projects  for Globalcase's US clients. 

His Key strengths are people management, process control and ability to deliver in demanding situations.
