Plan the Project
  • Prepare detailed project plan.
  • Document work breakdown structure.
  • Identify techniques and tools to be used.
  • Prepare deliverables, level of effort expected.
  • Prepare schedule to perform the work.
  Change Management
  • Raise CSR: Either by Globalcase or by the client.
  • Identify the impacts: Globalcase carries out detailed analysis to identify the impacts.
  • Agree: CSR and its impacts identified by Globalcase shall be reviewed by the client to decide on its implementation.
  • These changes and the impact on cost, schedule if any, is discussed between Globalcase and the client project management. Globalcase will carry out changes only after requisite approval.
  • Effect: If the client accepts the CSR, Globalcase and the client will discuss to identify the time frames of implementation. It may be possible to group a set of CSRs as a part of a release.
Initiate the Project
  • Formal initiation of the project.
  • Clearly communicate the project plan.
  • Establish roles.
  • Formal approval.
Control the Project
  • Monitor and control.
  • Maintain and update the project plan and financial plan.
  • Implement the quality plan.
